- 25 Sep, 2011 Very unprofessional and mismanaged office staff. They keep switching days for my kid with just one or two days of notice. i told them clearly that I will be away for summer in July and August, still 3 people form the office called to confirm that. Still they took the money out of my credit card in August and their front desk called me in first class-day of August asking where am I...., the teacher is waiting for my kid. when i said i am away for summer the guy said you should have informed.........! The calls are never returned. I left the school in early September but they have not refunded my money they took out of my card in August and I have not got any response till date in spite of leaving messages with the front desk. So think twice before you give your credit card # to them.
- 12 Jul, 2010 Awesome School and Great Teachers PTA may have young staff, but they are all passionate and enthusiastic. They are pursuing their education in Music and love what they do. I would recommend children and adults into this wonderful learning environment in a heartbeat!!!

The environment is great, all young teachers; my children really connected with them learning fast and loving the positive energy. They have a variety of programs for all ages, location and prices are great. My children are doing great in their studies. Thank you so much PTA for all your hard work!

I just want to see if these credentials sounds like what Richard is describing: Attending McMaster UNIVERSITY Pursuing my Bachelor of MUSIC Majoring in PIANO Oh that completely describes a high school student! Along with other teachers who work at PTA who are also getting their Bachelor's Degree or have already graduated university and have gotten their diploma? Hmm...totally makes sense in my eyes.
- 20 Jun, 2010 Good Theory Classes I'm a high school student and I recently took my Grade 5 Theory Analysis here. It wasn't expensive at all compared to the RCM courses and I only had to learn it for three months once a week from September to December. I got a 92 on the exam, which, needless to say, is very good.
