- 9 months ago Was frequently dining at this restaurant. Service and food was excellent, so I decided to take extended family there for a birthday dinner. The service and the food was substandard. I was surprised and embarrassed to have taken my extended family members there for dinner. I did not say much, although others commented on the service and the food. When I came home I sent an email to management. I never even received a response. I paid a hefty bill and left a generous tip although the experience was terrible. I feel that at least I could have had the courtesy of a response to my email. Not impressive!! I will not be back nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone.
- 11 months ago I loved the lobster entree I enjoyed here last year. They had this special promotion going on and we booked a reservation right away. I can't recall the exact promo but it didn't last long, that's for sure. They cooked my lobster the way I liked it and I didn't complain about anything at all! Our server was so cute and delightful. She joined us for some casual conversation throughout our dinner. It was quite nice.
