- 6 Aug, 2011 I've had glasses for 16 years and for most of that time I've been going to Dr. Lang. I have always been treated courteously and my appointments have been punctual. Dr. Lang has always taken the time to discuss my eye health and my prescription and always in a relaxed and informative manner. The digital eye photo is worth the extra bucks ... it is a running digital snapshot of your eye and a strong indicator to the rest of your health. They also rep the Silhouette frames ... pricey but WELL worth the expense for convenience for those that want the lightest pair of glasses possible. I won't be going anywhere else ... they have earned both my trust and my business.
- 22 Jul, 2011 What a horrible experience! I waited for about an hour being moved room to room and then waiting Dr. Lang's chair for about 15 minutes. Every doctor I have been to, it takes about 30 minutes. It doesn't take 3 different people to tell me my prescription. Also the fees are ridiculously high. I wish I checked around the area, because all the other doctors are a lot cheaper. I will never go back to this place.
- 23 Jan, 2011 Dr. Factor and Dr. Lang are both very friendly and extremely knowledgeable optometrists. The office is beautiful and staff is great. Awesome selection of glasses!
