- 12 months ago My experience with Corequest was with Elaine. It had to do with my marriage and what it was that had a negative effect on my relationship with my wife. Elaine made me comfortable enough to open up and talk about things that I wouldn't otherwise talk to anyone about. She's helped me find those negative elements and it has brought me a long way from where I was before I visited Corequest. I am grateful to have Elaine at Corequest to turn to at a crucial time in my marriage.
- 12 months ago My experience with Corequest has been incredibly helpful for both me and for my marriage. I feel relaxed and positive most days and in my relationship most of the time. I am thankful for the support and plan on continuing to use Corequest as support because it has been so beneficial.
- a year ago Corequest has been a great find for me as an individual, and has also made a huge positive impact on my relationship with my partner. While I've been to counselling a few times, this has been the best 'fit' for me as a person thus far, and I find that every session reveals new amazing insights on how to communicate and function in every day life in a more fulfilling, compassionate, and happy way. Before I started at Corequest, I felt overwhlemed with many aspects of my life and my emotions often felt out of control. Counselling at Corequest has not only given me hope that I can function in a healthy way, but has already helped me find strategies to deal with conflicts I encounter in all my relationships. I am so happy I found Corequest!
- a year ago I find the counceling at Corequest is informed, sensative and will get through to the real problems...which in my case with couples counceling was not really about us as much as it was about each of ourselves... and then of course about us as a couple. As a gay couple it was/is a very refreshing conversation that we have and one that carries through into our daily life..it really does enpower us and we now have the choice to embrace the learning and move forward. Honesty is a great revealer...and Corequest has helped my partner and I to be just that.
- a year ago Corequest was a great experience for myself and my partner. Our counsellor was helpfull, knowledgable and inspiring. Everytime I left a session, I felt inspired, hopefull and positive. The concept of couples counselling was intimidating at first, but Corequest was a very welcoming environment. I felt as though I was doing something nourishing, and in turn have learned more about myself and how I can be a better person, and a better partner. I had orignally felt that couples counselling was a last ditch effort to save a relationship. I learned that it was more than that, it was an opportunity to re-learn who I was. My partner and I have grown closer, communicate better, and are honest with ourselves and appreciate each others qualities. I look forward to a fullfilling future, and will continue to have appointments to ensure that we stay on a healthy path.
