- 13 Feb, 2012 Gary sold me a car through one of his customers last year and has serviced it ever since. The car has worked flawlessly which is impressive considering it is a 1995 that had 225000km on it when I bought it. Gary is honest and transparent in his policies and pricing, his mechanic staff are hard-working and friendly and his shop delivers results. I recommend Gary and his boys to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic in Oakville.
- 14 Oct, 2011 Recommended to me by the A.P.A. (Automobile Protection Association) to service my Volkswagon Jetta. The staff took the time to explain the repairs and recommendations to me. They keep my car running like new. Thanks to the A.P.A. i have found a GREAT service shop.

- 11 Jun, 2011 Volvo owners - stay away. I never thought I would make an effort to say something not very flattering about any service. My experience with Gary's Auto was far from pleasant. The quote I got for brake rotors (parts and labour) was more expensive than the dealership itself. I asked to proceed with half of the recommended repairs and Gary refused to do it because I complained about high quotes. He kept my car for 2 days, charged me with 2 hours of diagnostic work and refused to do the repairs I asked for. Big ego and poor customer service skills. I ended up taking the quote to ProChoice Mechanics in Toronto and got the same job priced lower by 40%.
- 26 May, 2011 Reliable and fast service. I was having clutch problems with my RX-8. I took it to two Mazda dealership and both told me the very loud squeaking noises were normal. Brought my car here soon after and they had it fixed in a day. I don't trust anyone with my car but they did a great job. I've brought my car to them ever since.
