Horible Customer Service - don't bother! | WOW - I just called them to check on a book for me and an extremely rude man said " No, we don't have enough staff to check for you and no database" I was in shock, " you are a bookstore and you can't check on a book for me?" AND HE HUNG UP!!!! Brutal and quite sad. |
