Michael has repeatedly gone above and beyond the call of duty in providing me with timely information and by negotiating a very reasonable price for my Accord EX. Michael is extemely polite, courteous and always goes out of his way to resolve any concern or inquiry I may have with respect to my vehicle in a timely manner. I intend to remain a loyal customer of Toronto Honda based on the outstanding customer care Michael has demonstrated. Thank You
- 8 Jan, 2012 Mark-8 Jan 2012. I began my new car search by calling around to various dealerships for Corollas, Sentras, Civics, and Elantras. Michael Acuna was the only person who took the time to describe the features/benefits of his product after my initial questions regarding Walk Away Protection, hours of operation. When I started my quest to visit dealerships I headed east starting with the dealership where I was currently getting excellent service with maintaining my Corolla, Toyota on the Park, which promised Walkaway Protection on the phone. After wasting 30 minutes there discovering they did not really offer Walkaway, I headed right over to visit Michael Acuna. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the Civic, helpful during the test-drive ...
- 6 Jan, 2012 Just picked up my new 2012 Accord from sales associate Michael Acuna and he made the experience feel like I was picking up a $150000 Maserati. Mike programmed some of my favorite radios stations for me, took to time to show me over the car from top to bottom and make sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving the showroom. I really felt like so much he did, he didn't have to do, but did it to make the experience so much more enjoyable. Add to this the fact that Mike kindly negotiated with me until we arrived at a very attractive price for me, I wouldn't hesitate sending a friend to Mike and Toronto Honda. I was always treated with dignity and respect and continue to be after the sale.
