- 14 Feb, 2012 Word the wise, do not purchase a car from the used car dealership. I been having issues since day one that I bought my car, and I have had to come into the dealership several times to deal with issues that should have been resolved prior to me picking up the car. Uri, the manager, was expecially rude, yelling on the phone with me when I called him the third time to discuss the issue once again. I was shocked and uphalled by their treatment and lack of respect and dignity.
- 8 Feb, 2012 Purchased the Odyssey last month from a sales Emily Lee. I had a very good expierence buying my vehicle from her. I left my old dealership Markham Honda because their after sales service was absolutely appaling. So far i have been very happy with Toronto Honda and especially for Emily. Its worth to drive all the way down there, all because of their service. I would reommend all my friends, co-workers, family and relatives to Emily & Toronto Honda.
- 5 Feb, 2012 I purchased a 2012 Civic with my daughter in early November. Mike Acuna helped us find the model and colour we wanted which was no easy feat due to the infamous flooding in Thailand and the supply disruptions it caused. In fact we drove from Sudbury Ont. for the deal because the local dealer could not come up with the car we wanted within our timeframe. The closing was very thorough and professional, a relief after driving 400km to pick up the car. Mike spent a lot of time with my daughter making sure she understood all aspects of the vehicle.
